Hilda Effiong Bassey, known as Hilda Baci, is a Nigerian chef who formerly held the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon (93 hours 11 minutes). She is passionate about promoting Nigerian cuisine globally and inspiring young African women through her culinary expertise.
